Spatchcock / Butterfly chicken Video Clips.
This is my first attempt at a YouTube video. It 'also my first attempt to make a Spatchcock is (butterfly) chicken. I do a lot of chicken lately, especially thighs and legs. Last weekend we spent the day picking peaches at a farm in Virginia / West Virginia border.
